1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Astrify mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Astrify provides AI-generated horoscope and astrology content for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. All content — including daily horoscopes, compatibility reports, and timing guidance — is generated for entertainment only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on content provided by Astrify.

3. Free Service

Astrify is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription tiers in the future. Any such changes will be communicated to users with advance notice, and existing free features will not be removed without reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Create more than one account per person.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials in the App are owned by or licensed to Astrify. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing of horoscope content (e.g., sharing a daily card on social media) is permitted and encouraged.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. Astrological content is inherently interpretive and subjective — we make no claims about its accuracy or applicability to any individual situation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or its content. This includes any decisions made in reliance on App content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the operator is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via an in-app notice.
